Resignation not enough, Eshwarappa must be arrested : Hindu Mahasabha

Mangaluru, 16 April 2022 [Fik/News Sources]: It is not enough if Eshwarappa resigns from the cabinet in the contractor Santosh Patil suicide case, he must be immediately arrested, demanded Rajesh Pavitran, State President of Akhila Bharatha Hindu Mahasabha.

Speaking to reporters here on April 16, Saturday, he said those who came to  power in the name of Hindutva only know how to use Hindu activists to gain power.

Bribery and anti-Hindu policies are the BJP agenda, he said adding Eshwarappa has resigned owing to pressure and nothing else.

There is no belief that this government will conduct a suitable probe, he said and referred to the RTI activist and BJP worker Vinayaka Baliga case wherein the family is still fighting for justice.

District President of the Sabha Pramod Uchil and others were present.
