Al Qaeda chief threatens India over Kashmir, unveils Pak’s role in fueling cross-border terrorism

New Delhi, 10 July 2019 [Fik/News Sources]: Terror group Al Qaeda’s Chief, Ayman al-Zawahiri, has told “Mujahideen in Kashmir” to inflict “unrelenting blows” on the Indian Army and government in Jammu and Kashmir in a message released by the outfit’s media wing, as per the Foundation for Defence of Democracies’ (FDD) Long War Journal. He also brought to light Pakistan’s involvement in fuelling cross-border terrorism in Kashmir in the message titled “Don’t Forget Kashmir,” released by As Shabab. New Delhi, 29 August 2019 [Fik/News Sources]: The chants of “Mandir wahin banayenge” (We will build temple there) reverberated the national capital on August 21 as thousands staged protests here. The usual political slogan, however, was not a call for building the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya. The protestors on the capital streets were agitated over the demolition of Guru Ravidas” temple in Tughlaqabad by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). The procession went out of control as it reached the demolition site. They fought pitched battle with the police in trying to storm past the barricades, smashing vehicles on the way. Journalists in Kashmir protest against media gag by Modi government
